This hotel's location is perfect in terms of convenience. Being next to a shopping mall made it easy for me to shop and dine. Also, it's just a stone's throw away from the bus station, which made it a breeze to tour this city. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location is really convenient - I took a bus and it was very close by. the shopping complex nearby was a bonus as there were plenty of stores and eateries to explore. My room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had an array of tasty options. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room could have been cleaner, there were some dusty surfaces and the bathroom could have used a bit more attention.

The location is fantastic, as it is right next to the shopping complex, making it so convenient for us to shop and dine. There is also a bus station nearby, which made it easy for us to explore the city. We were also pleased to find out that the hotel is close to the hospital, providing peace of mind in case of any emergencies.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

My Christmas vacation was spectacular. the hotel had really comfortable beds and ample rooms. the location was key, being so close to the mall and easily accessible by taxi. the hotel was superbly clean, staff were friendly and offered some great restaurant recommendations.
The lift didn't have any security measures which made me a little wary. the reception seemed a bit lackluster and didn't offer any help even though I was on crutches.

Convenient Location & Polite Staff
The hotel is located in a prime area connected to a shopping mall which is a big advantage for guests. The staff is really courteous and polite, making the check-in process easy and quick. The hotel was clean and comfortable providing a good value for money.
The room maintenance can definitely be improved. The showerheads were loose, and the floor seemed to be sticky and damp.
